1. 根據生產需求或出貨目標，調配安排人力作業。

2. 督導現場工作流程，落實執行各項倉儲作業。

3. 積極與相關部門協調處理各項異常處理。

4. 針對新進員工進行專項工作訓練，指導員工作業技巧。

5. 根據作業需求，合理調配各項設備及人力資源，降低部門營運成本支出。

6. 貫徹公司環安衛規章制度，執行安全管理要求，降低部門作業風險。

條件要求

A. 學歷背景：大學(含)以上學歷，工程相關科系尤佳。

B. 工作經驗：1年以上倉儲管理相關工作經驗。

C. 技能要求：1. 具備堆高機操作執照尤佳。2. 具備倉儲管理觀念。3. 熟悉報表製作與辦公軟體操作。

D. 工作要求：1. 抗壓力強、具問題分析能力。2. 具備團隊合作精神。3. 溝通協調能力強。4. 主動積極。

F. 英文：TOEIC 450分以上。
