1. 研發(量產)階段工廠端新機種機構問題收集、分析、追蹤及改善.

2. 產品機構材料問題的分析、處理及品質的改善.

3. 配合生產產品需求，進行生產治具(設備)的設計、開發、評估與規劃

4. 治具與設備操作SOP撰寫, 規劃導入及驗證計劃.

5. 產品組裝(測試)治具的圖面設計、發包製作、導入、維護及改善.

6. 產品組裝(測試)設備的開發、導入、維護及改善.

7. 生產線組裝(測試)治具(設備)問題的處理及對策的導入.

8. 熟悉點膠機

9. 對膠水有相關知識

10.熟悉點膠噴射閥尤佳

條件要求

1.大學(含)以上機械, 自動控制, 工工, 電機相關科系畢業

2.具備2(含)年以上系統組裝廠治具開發相關工作經驗.

3.具備英文聽說讀寫語言能力, 能與外國人溝通佳.

4.具備良好的抗壓能力及溝通協調能力.

5.具備Pro/E、SolidWorks機構圖面設計及繪圖能力.

6.具備生產設備機構與電控整合能力.

7.有處理機構材料及材料品質改善經驗佳.

8.有2年以上Server與Rack產品工程或是機構設計實務工作經驗優先面試.
