We are actively seeking an Accounting Clerk to join the finance department team.
As an Accounting Clerk, your role will include:
Description:
- Verify, prepare, and approve payment schedules;
- Verify and enter invoices;
- Reconcile cash receipts;
- Participate in month-end processes, including the preparation and entry of journal entries;
- Provide administrative support to accountants in performing clerical tasks.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Excel and pivot tables as well as knowledge of computerized accounting systems;
- Excellent communication skills in English and French as un your daily functions you will be collaborating with internal clients across Canada;
- Diploma in accounting or equivalent or a minimum of one year of relevant experience;
