About the role and team

Uber Advertising is looking for experienced Client Partners in Argentina to grow strategic advertiser relationships across our Mobility platform.

As a Client Partner, you will own relationships with some of Argentina's leading brands, acting as a strategic advisor to understand their business and marketing objectives and translate them into impactful advertising solutions. You will be responsible for winning new business, growing existing partnerships, and driving revenue by leveraging Uber's unique audiences, first-party insights, and high-intent consumer moments.

This is a highly commercial and collaborative role for someone who combines strong digital advertising expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for building long-term client partnerships.

What you’ll do

• Own and grow strategic advertiser relationships, developing partnerships that deliver against client objectives and ambitious revenue targets.
• Drive new business development, identifying, pitching, and closing opportunities with leading brands and advertisers.
• Build trusted relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders, deeply understanding their business and marketing priorities.
• Develop compelling advertising strategies across Uber's Mobility platform, translating our audiences, first-party insights, and advertising solutions into relevant client opportunities.
• Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and strategic pitches through negotiation, closing, and account growth.
• Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities, influence advertiser strategy, and unlock incremental investment.
• Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, Measurement, Marketing, and Operations to develop solutions and deliver strong advertiser outcomes.
• Bring advertiser and market insights back into the organization, helping inform Uber Ads' commercial strategy and future product opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise or large-customer digital advertising sales, with ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Proven experience winning new business and growing strategic advertiser relationships.
• Strong knowledge of direct and programmatic digital advertising.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence senior client stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a digital media platform, advertising technology company, marketplace, agency, or digital publisher.
• Strong understanding of the Argentinian digital advertising and media ecosystem.
• Proven ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities and influence advertiser investment.
• Proficiency in AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude by Anthropic) to streamline sales workflows, research accounts, and optimize client pitch decks.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and collaborate effectively across functions.
• Entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business.
