Partner Manager, Ads

About the role and team

Uber Advertising is looking for a Partner Manager in Argentina to build and grow strategic relationships with leading advertisers across our Mobility platform.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end advertiser experience, combining strong relationship management with campaign execution, performance optimization, and data-driven insights. You will partner closely with brands to understand their business objectives, maximize the impact of their investment, and identify opportunities to grow their partnership with Uber Ads.

This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and helping shape a growing advertising business.

What you’ll do

• Build and grow strategic relationships with leading advertisers, understanding their marketing objectives and positioning Uber Ads as a long-term growth partner.
• Own the end-to-end campaign experience across Uber's Mobility platform, from implementation and stakeholder alignment through execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, proactively identifying opportunities and resolving issues to maximize advertiser outcomes.
• Use data and insights to drive growth, translating campaign performance into strategic recommendations and identifying upsell and incremental investment opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Measurement, and Operations to represent advertiser needs, resolve blockers, and improve the overall client experience.
• Deliver compelling performance narratives and recommendations, helping advertisers understand the value and impact of their investment with Uber Ads.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Digital Advertising, Sales, Ad Operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and campaign lifecycle.
• Experience analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable client recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise advertisers, agencies, or digital media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency in AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude by Anthropic) to streamline sales workflows, research accounts, and optimize client pitch decks.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships across complex organizations.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence advertiser strategy and investment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Creative and solutions-oriented approach to solving advertiser and campaign challenges.
