What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end execution of complex programs, from strategic scoping and roadmap definition to global rollout and optimization.
Drive program milestones, remove blockers, and manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure seamless delivery and measurable outcomes.
Navigate high-ambiguity environments by breaking down complex organizational challenges into actionable workstreams and data-driven goals.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business leadership to align priorities and ensure organizational readiness for global initiatives.
Manage relationships with external vendors and global system integrators, ensuring adherence to performance SLAs, global standards, and security compliance.
Serve as the primary liaison for regional and global leadership, communicating program health, risks, and strategic updates to audiences ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership.
Identify process gaps and implement standardized frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to improve organizational scalability and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in program management within a high-growth technology or large-scale enterprise environment.
Proven track record of managing the full lifecycle of large-scale programs, including budget management, scheduling, and quality assurance.
Demonstrated ability to identify execution weaknesses and build structured, scalable approaches to resolve organizational disconnects.
Ability to propose and implement end-to-end solutions that enhance performance across multiple processes and global sites.
Experience presenting strategic topics to senior leadership and creating scalable documentation (e.g., project plans, requirement documents, or reporting).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing large-scale operations, IT infrastructure deployment, or enterprise-wide enablement initiatives.
History of scaling organizations through process automation, recruiting support, and the implementation of industry best practices.
Professional certifications in program management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priority and tight deadlines.
Experience aligning cross-functional teams toward shared goals without direct formal authority.
