Description
Who We Are
Ubeya is the workforce management platform behind some of the world’s biggest moments. From Wembley Stadium to Wimbledon, Emirates Stadium to the Johan Cruyff Arena, including Uber Arena, SAP Arena, and Stadion An der Alten Försterei (FC Union Berlin)-when tens of thousands of people show up, Ubeya ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. We are a fast-growing B2B2C SaaS company helping global enterprises, venues, and staffing agencies schedule, manage, and pay dynamic, hourly workforces with ease.
Inspired by the Japanese concept of the "Great Room", Ubeya brings teams together to solve complex operational challenges at scale. We are agile, product-driven, and focused on delivering real-world impact every single day.
About the Role
As we expand our footprint across Europe, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Germany to own, nurture, and guide our growing client base.
In this role, your primary mission is to be the trusted partner and advisor to our customers. You will lead end-to-end user enablement-training operational teams, running product onboarding, and driving deep adoption of Ubeya’s platform across the DACH market (primarily Germany, with opportunities to expand into additional international territories as we grow).
Requirements
What You Bring
- Location & Language: Native German speaker (written and verbal) and fully fluent in English. Must be a resident and legally authorized to work in Germany.
- Experience: 3-5 years of customer-facing SaaS experience as a Customer Success Manager.
- Enablement & Training Mindset: Demonstrated ability to run effective, engaging product training sessions, webinars, and change management processes for diverse user personas (from C-level to operational staff).
- Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Comfortable with software configurations, CSV data mapping/imports, workflow setup, and general SaaS integrations.
- Self-Driven & Hands-on: Independent, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Big Advantages
- Implementation Experience: Hands-on background in technical onboarding or software implementation projects.
- Domain Expertise: Prior background in Workforce Management (WFM), HR Tech, HCM, or software supporting shift-based and hourly workforce operations.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Client Onboarding & Enablement: Lead DACH clients through their post-sale journey-setting up workflows, hosting engaging training sessions, and ensuring both managers and frontline workers adopt the system smoothly.
- Hands-on Implementation: Guide customers through data imports, platform configurations, and best practices tailored to local operational and labor realities.
- Ongoing Advisory & Relationship Building: Serve as the day-to-day trusted advisor for key stakeholders. Conduct regular check-ins, monitor platform health metrics, ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT), and mitigate churn risks.
- Voice of the Market: Act as the bridge between DACH clients and our internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Leadership). Translate local market nuances, user feedback, and regional requirements into actionable product insights.
- Account Retention & Territory Growth: Ensure strong account retention while identifying organic expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent territories.
