Key Responsibilities:

• Develop collaborative systems enabling real-time interaction between AI agents and developers.
• Construct and integrate agentic systems proficient in planning tasks, coding, testing, and deploying applications.
• Incorporate LLMs, particularly Claude, into operational workflows.
• Design tool-use and agent orchestration layers for efficient system functionality.
• Implement strategies for long-context management and multi-step reasoning loops.
• Architect scalable AI systems on AWS infrastructure.
• Determine optimal technology ecosystems, such as .NET, for addressing specific challenges.
• Cooperate with engineering teams to transition architectural designs into production.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in building AI/agentic systems.
• In-depth understanding of LLM integrations, function calling patterns, agent orchestration, and context management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in .NET C# and Angular development.
• Emphasis on SDLC-AI Driven methodologies.
• Ability to make impactful decisions in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication skills and capability to influence technical strategies.
• Proficiency in English language at C1 level, written and verbal.

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in developing developer platforms or coding tools.
• Familiarity with tools like Replit, Cursor, or AI-assisted IDEs.
• Exposure to multi-agent systems or orchestration frameworks.
