About our client
Our client provides comprehensive HR software for the public sector, covering the full employee lifecycle - recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and compliance for government organizations.
What you'll do
Build web features, make enhancements, resolve bugs, and support the product lifecycle within the Power product suite.
Engage in hands-on development, implementation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Work with stored procedures, relational databases, and performance-sensitive SQL.
Utilize AI tools and coding agents (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to rapidly deliver value to customers.
Collaborate effectively across teams in a Shift Left development environment while writing unit and integration tests.
What you bring (must-haves)
4+ years of professional experience building web applications using C#, SQL, and Angular.
Experience working with stored procedures, relational databases, or performance-sensitive SQL.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (B.E., B.Tech, MCA, B.Sc), or equivalent practical work experience.
Clear and confident English communication skills (written and verbal).
Self-driven approach, strong ownership, and solid troubleshooting/debugging skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable code and comfort working in a Shift Left development environment.
Bonus points for (nice-to-haves)
Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, including indexing and query optimization.
Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments.
Exposure to modern API technologies such as GraphQL.
Experience with coding agents or AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., MCP, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and basic to intermediate understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, etc.).
Understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS) in traditional web environments.
Experience building applications for large enterprise customers.
