Objective:

Searching for a skilled Principal Full Stack Engineer with expertise in the .NET environment to tackle outstanding compliance issues discovered by AI in SaaS applications.

In this role, you will blend hands-on development and leadership responsibilities, focusing on architecture, design, technical planning, troubleshooting, and security-related solutions. You will be accountable for identifying and resolving issues that could potentially escalate into security risks if overlooked.

The ideal candidate should be a seasoned engineer proficient in handling intricate enterprise applications, interpreting security and compliance findings, and transforming technical challenges into tangible, scalable solutions. Ownership of complex problems and effective collaboration across teams are must-have traits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize secure and high-performing scalable SaaS applications.
• Investigate and resolve compliance and security issues flagged by AI analysis.
• Engage in architect and technical design decisions throughout the application stack.
• Execute hands-on development to address identified issues effectively.
• Trouble-shoot complex application, performance, compliance, and security challenges.
• Analyze and mitigate issues highlighted through CVEs, SAST scans, and security audits.
• Design and enhance relational databases, SQL queries, procedures, and data access patterns.
• Participate in technical planning and formulate strategies to tackle intricate application concerns.
• Produce clean, well-tested code following best engineering practices.
• Operate within a Shift Left environment, emphasizing ownership of software quality.
• Utilize AI-enhanced development tools for improved productivity and solution delivery.
• Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams to address technical and security obstacles.

Required Skills:

Experience

• 8+ years building web applications using C#, SQL, and Angular.
• Proficiency with stored procedures, relational databases, and performance-driven SQL.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Engineering Practices

• Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests.
• Familiarity with Shift Left development practices.
• Commitment to delivering top-quality, reliable software.
• Self-motivated and proactive in handling technical challenges.
• Effective collaboration and strong written and verbal English communication skills.

AI & Development

• Openness to AI-equipped tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code.
• Basic understanding of modern AI concepts like LLMs, MCP, RAG, or similar technologies.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with interpreting CVEs, SAST scans, and security audits for issue resolution.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including indexing and query optimization.
• Exposure to cloud environments including AWS services like EC2, S3, and SES.
• Experience with GraphQL and similar modern API technologies.
• Use of coding agents and AI-assisted development workflows like MCP, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code.
• Experience in building apps for large enterprises.
