Primary Objective

We are in search of a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives on tackling intricate technical problems, crafting top-tier software, and contributing to essential architectural decisions. This position requires active engagement in developing new features, rectifying production glitches, augmenting application performance, and modernizing current systems. You will leverage AI-equipped tools to enhance engineering efficiency in a quality-centric, automated, and perpetually refined setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Envision, create, and uphold scalable SaaS applications via the .NET domain alongside modern frontend frameworks like Angular.
• Forge backend services utilizing C# or VB.NET and introduce contemporary web application functionalities.
• Produce efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and enhance database performance.
• Identify and address production malfunctions through root cause scrutiny.
• Engage in architecture deliberations, technical strategy, and solution formulation.
• Generate secure, sustainable, and superior code following sound engineering practices.
• Set up and sustain unit and integration tests to advocate a shift-left development approach.
• Participate collaboratively within cross-functional teams throughout the software development cycle.
• Employ AI-supported tools including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to expedite delivery cadence and bolster code integrity.
• Foster ongoing enhancements in engineering processes, performance, and sustainability.

Essential Skills

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C# or VB.NET.
• Extensive proficiency in building web applications.
• Proficient SQL skills with stored procedures, relational databases, and query optimization.
• Aptitude for troubleshooting and enhancing application performance.
• Competency in producing unit and integration tests.
• Comfort working in a Shift Left development backdrop.
• Solid grasp of software architecture and application design principles.
• Affinity for collaborative work within Agile engineering units.
• Openness to adopting AI-fueled development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Fundamental understanding of LLMS, MCP, RAG, and contemporary AI development concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong English communication capabilities.
