In this role, you will join a collaborative engineering team working on an enterprise HR SaaS platform to help companies modernize and streamline their HR operations. Your responsibilities will include developing secure, scalable, and high-quality software using modern technologies and AI-driven development practices.

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who thrives on delivering business value through well-structured, maintainable code when building full-stack applications. This role involves hands-on development, working on both backend and frontend components, collaborating closely with Product Owners and team members, and ensuring software quality throughout the development and testing phases. You will also utilize AI-enabled development tools to enhance productivity within a Shift Left/No QA development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain full-stack features using C#, .NET, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop scalable and sustainable backend services within the .NET ecosystem.
• Create modern frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best engineering practices.
• Take charge of unit, integration, and performance testing within a Shift Left framework.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Identify and implement enhancements to existing applications and system architecture.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering colleagues in an Agile SCRUM setup.
• Stay updated on new technologies and engineering methodologies.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate development tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and enterprise software development.
• Proficiency in SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Familiarity with relational database design and development.
• Experience working in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Proficient in Git and Continuous Integration practices.
• Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methods.
• Previous involvement in Shift Left development setups.
• Exposure to AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Web Services, REST APIs, or Service-Oriented Architecture.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce APIs.
• Background in working on HR SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
