In order to deliver great games, we need the best support organization to ensure everything runs smoothly. The IT Asset Management Specialist is responsible for the quality, accuracy, and lifecycle management of IT assets within the assigned perimeter. This role contributes to the definition and continuous improvement of IT asset management processes, workflows, and strategies while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

The IT Asset Management Specialist oversees IT asset inventory, maintains data quality, supports global asset management initiatives, and participates in planning and coordinating asset rollouts in collaboration with Local IT teams, Studio Management, and global stakeholders.

This is a full-time position and requires working onsite in Kyiv.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with IT Management and Local IT teams to foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with business requirements, standards, and policies.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the local IT asset management strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback from projects, studios, and regional management to continuously improve asset quality and service delivery.
• Manage the IT asset lifecycle and inventory, providing reporting, budgeting and asset planning activities.
• Ensure efficient utilization of existing assets and promote cost-effective procurement decisions through asset reuse and optimization whenever possible.
• Deliver accurate and actionable reporting on asset availability, utilization, lifecycle status, and inventory trends.
• Ensure hardware and software inventories remain accurate, up to date, and compliant with company standards.
• Verify that asset management activities performed by IT teams follow established processes, policies, and best practices.
• Serve as an escalation point for asset and inventory-related matters.
• Act as a liaison between Local IT, IT Asset Management, Finance, Procurement, and other business stakeholders.

You as a Candidate

We are looking for a service-oriented professional with strong knowledge of PC hardware, gaming equipment, and IT asset management practices. You have hands-on IT experience, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Training

• College diploma in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• ITIL Foundation (v3 or later) certification is considered an asset.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is considered an asset.
• IAITAM certification is considered an asset.
• Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) certifications are considered an asset.

Relevant Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, including asset lifecycle management, inventory governance, and asset tracking.
• Experience leveraging asset and inventory data to support operational and business decision-making.
• Experience working within IT Service Management environments.
• Experience collaborating and negotiating with multiple stakeholders and business partners.
• Experience supporting operational IT organizations is considered an asset.
• Project Management knowledge is considered an asset.
• Business Process Improvement and Data Analytics experience is considered an asset.
• Experience with ITSM, Asset Management, inventory, or CMDB platforms is considered an asset.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is considered an asset.
