Role Mission

Ensure seamless coordination between the Global Rainbow Six Siege Marketing teams and Tencent to support the successful development of Rainbow Six Siege in China, foster effective information sharing, and strengthen alignment between global priorities and local needs.

Facilitate day-to-day collaboration between the Global Rainbow Six Siege teams and Tencent by ensuring visibility on marketing priorities, efficient asset sharing, and smooth execution across teams.

China Coordination & Operational Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Global Rainbow Six Siege teams and Tencent to ensure smooth coordination of marketing initiatives and effective information flow.
  • Ensure Tencent teams have continuous visibility on marketing campaigns, priorities, seasonal roadmaps, product pitches and player-facing content to support local planning.
  • Coordinate the sharing of marketing assets, feature pitches, product marketing documentation, seasonal campaign materials and other key deliverables required to support Tencent's local marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the day-to-day follow-up of Tencent requests related to marketing needs, assets, content and product information to streamline execution and reduce operational friction between teams.
  • Coordinate localization needs, marketing adaptations and cross-team dependencies with the relevant Global teams to ensure consistency, quality and timely delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Go-To-Market, Marketability and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignment on priorities, share relevant information with Tencent and provide the necessary marketing context around Rainbow Six Siege.
  • Work closely with Tencent to ensure a strong understanding of global marketing priorities, support the alignment of local initiatives with the game's vision, and surface execution constraints or local needs impacting delivery.
  • Ensure effective coordination between Tencent and the Global teams during major marketing beats, seasonal launches and day-to-day operational activities.

Planning & Operational Excellence

  • Track timelines, dependencies and deliverables related to China marketing initiatives to anticipate risks, accelerate issue resolution and ensure excellent coordination across teams.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline collaboration, increase visibility on marketing priorities and strengthen operational efficiency between the Global teams and Tencent.

Team Collaboration & Expertise

  • Demonstrate strong operational rigor, excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset to ensure effective coordination between the Global Rainbow Six Siege teams and Tencent.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Rainbow Six Siege, its marketing priorities and the Chinese market landscape to facilitate relevant discussions and effective collaboration with Tencent.

What you will bring:

  • Experience working with external partners or international stakeholders; familiarity with the Chinese market or collaboration with Chinese partners (e.g., Tencent) is a strong asset.
  • Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or operational roles within a global, fast-paced environment, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or tech.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and act as a central point of contact, ensuring smooth communication, alignment of priorities, and efficient execution across international teams.
  • Experience supporting global-to-local marketing collaboration, including asset sharing, campaign coordination, and localization processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information, adapt messaging to different audiences, and facilitate collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of proactivity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Comfort working with marketing assets, campaign planning, and product-related materials, with an understanding of go-to-market processes being a strong asset.
  • Strong attention to operational excellence, with a continuous improvement mindset to optimize workflows, processes, and team collaboration.
  • Passion for video games and interest in live service games; understanding of the Rainbow Six Siege ecosystem is a plus.
