1.客群洞察及分群經營：客群動態經營及客群策略規劃。

2.信用卡客戶生命週期管理：活躍戶促動、呆戶挽留、跨售業務經營。

3.信用卡數位經營：Fubon+/行動銀行整合性功能協作及優化、AI發展及協作、領券通知優化。

4.整合性營運作業管理：刷卡消費通知管理、帳單及繳款通路維護、信用卡代扣繳業務管理。

其他條件

1.熟悉Office辦公室應用軟體。

2.具信用卡產品管理、行銷規劃或支付產品等經驗3年以上。

3.熟悉金融監理規範(如信用卡、電子支付相關法規)者佳。

4.具內部跨部門溝通能力。

5.具專業管理與問題解決能力。

6.具基礎數據分析能力及數字敏銳性。

7.主動積極、能獨立作業，具高度執行能力與主動回報能力。
