工作內容

職位目的：負責非理財客群投資業務於數位通路之經營，透過分析行內目標數位客群，規劃行銷溝通方案，帶動數位實動人數與目標收益達成。

重要職責/工作內容：

1.執行本行非理財客群於線上投資之獲客、客群經營、行銷規劃與推廣。

2.與產品團隊、數據團隊密切協作，透過客群數位軌跡行為、輪廓分析結合產品經營策略，設計行銷溝通與客戶旅程規劃，透過主動溝通或行內數位版位布點，提升線上投資量收。

3. 研究市場趨勢與競品策略，持續優化數位行銷成效。

其他條件

1.具備數位行銷企劃經驗及能力，熟知投資/ETF/基金產品基本知識尤佳。

2.具基礎數據分析能力及數字敏銳性。

3.善於跨部門溝通、具良好抗壓性、獨立作業與邏輯思考能力。

4.熟稔Office之Word、Excel、Power Point文書作業軟體。
