工作內容

職位目的：

負責銀行卡產品經營，制訂策略，控制產品損益，客群分析，推動行銷活動與成效追蹤，規劃客戶ETE的消費體驗旅程。

重要職責/工作內容：

1.依據團隊發展目標，發展銀行卡產品專案，以達成產品/客群經營指標 。

2.以客群經營為角度制定獲利模式，並依其訂定年度產品策略與經營方式。

3.透過數據了解與分析目標客群輪廓，發掘本行業務商機或流程痛點，打造符合目標客群所需之服務。

4.能夠蒐集並掌握市場變動，快速反應修正目標與調整產品策略。

5.與行內各單位跨部門協調、溝通、合作，共同開展相關商業合作、數位金融服務、系統優化等相關業務。

6.獨立完成專案需求擬定、掌握開發進度並於上線後追蹤服務的量化、質化成效分析。

其他條件

1. 信用卡產品經營或行銷企劃經驗5年以上。

2. 熟悉台灣信用卡/支付產品及市場。

3. 具外部廠商洽談能力。

4. 具內部跨部門溝通能力。

5. 具基礎數據分析能力及數字敏銳性。
