We're looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to help us:

  • Support client onboarding and periodic KYC reviews, including institutional identity verification and negative news screening
  • Assess AML risk through client document collection, KYC validation, and understanding client nature
  • Answer client account-opening queries, review onboarding and suitability materials, and complete account opening in line with regulatory requirements
  • Manage client contract signing, account opening and closure, account maintenance, and information changes
  • Coordinate escalations and exceptions with Business, Compliance, and relevant internal stakeholders when required

• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities, and support new business initiatives
