We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level support to our senior bankers in APAC Global Banking business, based in Mumbai, India. You should be a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and enjoys working in a high-performance environment with a desire to proactively contribute to the business objectives.

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to:

manage calendars including conference calls, travel, and client meetings
assist with incoming and outgoing communications and coordination of department meetings in Australia and with offshore colleagues
coordinate the production of presentation books and reports, meeting prep packets and ad hoc client material
provide administrative and organizational support including invoice & expense administration

• assist with staff engagement initiatives
