We are looking for an Accountant to:
- support accounting and controlling activities for the Real Estate Center of Excellence (COE)
- perform cost controlling, financial analysis, and reporting activities to support business performance and decision-making
- conduct analytical reviews to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
- ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while maintaining compliance with internal policies and control standards
- collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide meaningful financial insights
• manage stakeholder relationships independently and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reporting quality
