We are looking for a Product Control Manager to lead profit and loss reporting, balance sheet controls, and strategic process improvements for Global Equity Derivatives products.

lead the daily profit and loss production and validation process, providing analysis of key drivers, risk-based commentary, and escalation of issues where required
partner with Trading and Market Risk to review and challenge profit and loss attribution, validate outcomes, and provide meaningful business insights
oversee month-end close activities, including journal governance, adjustments, balance sheet substantiation, reconciliations, reserves, and break resolution
maintain a robust control framework through effective controls, documented processes, issue remediation, audit readiness, and adherence to internal policies
lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, supporting performance management, capacity planning, and professional development

• drive automation and process improvement initiatives using Alteryx, Python, Power BI, SAP, and AI-enabled technologies to enhance efficiency, controls, and management information
