岗位职责 / Responsibilities

职位描述：

1. 项目进度协助：协助项目经理跟进项目进度，定期更新项目计划表，跟踪各模块完成情况，及时提醒相关人员关键节点;

2. 会议组织与记录：协助组织研发例会，负责会议室预订、会议通知、纪要整理与发布，跟进待办事项的落实;

3. 文档整理：协助整理项目方案、技术文档、会议材料等资料，完成文档归档与分类，维护项目文档库;

4. 沟通协调辅助：协助项目经理与各研发负责人对接，跟进任务排期和交付情况，在研发、测试、产品等团队之间传递信息、跟催进度;

5. 需求与变更记录：协助收集、登记需求和变更信息，整理变更记录，保证记录完整可查;

6. 数据整理：协助收集和整理项目相关数据，完成基础统计和表格制作，为项目汇报提供支持。

任职要求 / Requirements

任职资格

1. 本科及以上学历在校生，2028 届及以后毕业优先，理工科专业优先（计算机、软件工程、自动化、机器人工程、电子信息等）;

2. 对软件项目管理或智能硬件行业有兴趣，了解基本软件开发流程者优先，无经验但愿意学习也可;

3. 熟练使用 Office 办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT），会使用 Jira、Tapd、飞书等工具者优先;

4. 工作细致认真、有责任心，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;

5. 有较强的学习能力，能够快速上手基础事务性工作;

6. 每周实习5天，连续实习 3 个月以上。
