岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、凭证整理与装订：负责日常记账凭证、单据、发票等财务资料的整理、分类、装订及归档，保证财务档案整齐规范、可追溯;

2、资产盘点工作：协助完成公司固定资产盘点工作，核对实物与台账数据，登记盘点记录，整理盘点报告，差异汇总与跟进;

3、协助财务日常基础工作，包括费用单据审核、票据整理、数据录入、台账更新等;

4、配合完成外部审计、内部GR资料对接等事项，服从部门日常工作安排。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、财务、会计、审计、财经类相关专业在校生，本科及以上学历;

2、做事细心踏实、有责任心，逻辑清晰，能耐心完成凭证装订归档、资产盘点等重复性基础工作;

3、熟悉基础财务知识，了解凭证归档、固定资产管理基本流程优先;

4、熟练使用Office办公软件，擅长Excel;

5、态度端正、积极主动。
