岗位职责 / Responsibilities

工作职责：

1、制定生产计划策略及可执行的生产计划，对生产计划物料的齐套性和及时产出负责，生产交付第一责任人，日常入库计划监控;

2、统计数据分析，订单完结后的总结工作，对生产达成率、库存、不良率、生产计划达成进行分析与改进，能绘制各种统计图表;

3、生产计划制定与车间产能的协调：生产进度、产能分析，按照交期、订单性质和大小、客户等级、生产周期等原则制定生产排程;

4、生产异常协调处理; 管理生产订单完成后的清尾工作，确保工单及时结案;

5、综合协调销货计划，生产计划的编制，负责外发成品出货计划的达成。

任职要求 / Requirements

任职要求：

1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，负责过备件计划优先;

2、熟练掌握MRP运算知识，熟练使用ERP系统;

3、熟悉掌握excel函数、ERP工具，有良好的数据处理和分析能力;

4、性格外向，积极主动，能够虚心接受他人建议，抗压能力强;

5、逻辑能力、沟通能力、组织协调能力强，有大局观和团队合作精神。
