• Present technical offerings, datasheets and references, and follow approvals through to completion.
• Keep the approval status of each consultant up to date and renew approvals before they lapse.

• Prepare technical and commercial offers, in coordination with the technical team, and close negotiations.
• Convert quotations into signed orders.
3. Rebuilding relationships with former clients

• Offer upgrades, replacements, service contracts and new products to former clients.
4. Sustaining existing clients
• Be the main commercial contact for assigned accounts: regular visits, calls and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with service and after-sales teams on installations, commissioning, warranty and maintenance.
• Identify repeat-order, expansion and service-contract opportunities, and handle complaints quickly.
5. Reporting and internal coordination
• Maintain the CRM or sales pipeline: leads, offers, visits, win/loss reasons.
• Submit weekly activity reports and monthly pipeline and forecast reports.
• Provide market and competitor feedback to management.
• Coordinate with procurement, technical, finance and logistics on pricing, lead times and deliveries.
• Follow up on payment collection for assigned accounts.
