Обязанности:
- Руководство деятельностью юристов подразделения по правовой работе;
- Контроль за полнотой и своевременностью подготовки пакетов документов для подачи в судебные инстанции заявлений о выдаче судебных приказов, исковых заявлений, апелляционных жалоб, кассационных жалоб и иных заявлений, необходимых для осуществления задач и целей по взысканию дебиторской задолженности;
- Анализ и обобщение судебных актов (отказы, возражения, отмены) с целью разработки предложений об устранении выявленных недостатков.
- Высшее юридическое образование.
- Знание ГК РФ, ГПК РФ, жилищного законодательства.
- Умение работать в базе 1С, знание Excel, умение работать с большим объемом информации, в режиме многозадачности.
- Официальное оформление по ТК РФ;
- "Белая" заработная плата - оклад 90 000 руб. гросс + до 100% ежеквартальная мотивация по итогам выполнения показателей;
- График работы 5/2;
- Наличие собственного Корпоративного университета;
- Развитие профессиональных компетенций в Учебном центре с выдачей документа государственного образца;
