We are currently ranked in the top 10 startups in Spain by LinkedIn, and we have successfully raised a Series A investment round of €27 million that will help propel our growth throughout Western Europe and bring us closer to reaching our goals.

Role |

We are looking for an Intern B2C to join our Sales team in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup, supporting the sales of our rental apartments and guest services across all markets. You'll work closely with the Sales team, learning the full sales cycle while contributing to our occupancy and revenue goals and customer satisfaction targets. We are a new start-up, so you'll be given real responsibility from day one and the chance to learn by doing alongside an experienced team.

Responsibilities |

• Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties
• Assist throughout the sales cycle, from lead reception to deal closing
• Help convert leads into customers under the guidance of senior team members
• Support negotiations and follow-ups with prospective clients
• Respond to customer inquiries related to new and existing reservations
• Help identify customer needs and support them in finding the best solution
• Provide personalised support to customers throughout the booking process
• Maintain clear and personalised communication with clients and potential clients
• Support the drafting of rental agreement contracts
• Provide general administrative assistance to the whole Demand team

Requirements |

• Currently enrolled in a university degree or master's program (internship agreement/convenio required)
• Interest in hospitality, real estate, or customer-facing roles; previous experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and interest in customer relations
• C1 English level and C1 Spanish level
• Flexible, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and change
• Eager to learn and work within cross-functional teams
• Comfortable performing in a start-up environment
