WE’RE HIRING | ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (3 POSITIONS)
Our recruitment team is currently assisting a client in expanding their Accounting team, and we are looking for 3 Accounts Executives to join their growing organisation.
Location: Johor, Malaysia
FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME!
You do not need full-set accounting experience to apply.
Our client provides hands-on training, allowing you to progressively develop your accounting knowledge - from daily accounting operations to month-end closing, full-set accounts and financial reporting.
For candidates with 3+ years of experience, the role offers broader exposure and greater responsibility based on your capabilities, including full-set accounts, month-end closing, reporting, budgeting and process improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Fresh Graduate / Junior
- Handle AP, AR, invoices, payments, collections and daily accounting records
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Prepare accounting schedules and journal entries
- Assist with month-end closing, audits, financial reporting and tax-related documentation
- Investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate accounting records
- Receive hands-on training and progressively develop full-set accounting experience
Experienced Candidates
- Independently manage full-set accounts and month-end closing
- Handle financial reporting, budgeting, audits and tax-related matters
- Oversee accounting and financial operations
- Manage accounts across companies from different businesses and industries
- Analyse financial data and provide accurate financial information to management
- Support accounting process and internal control improvements
- Guide junior team members when required
- Gain broader exposure to financial and business operations, strengthening your commercial and management capabilities
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles and practical accounting procedures
- Microsoft Excel / accounting system experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
- Good English and Chinese communication skills for daily work

主要职责
应届毕业生／初级岗位
- 处理应付账款、应收账款、发票、付款、收款及日常会计记录
- 进行银行及账目对账
- 准备会计附表及日记账分录
- 协助月结、财务报告、审计及税务相关文件
- 调查账目差异，确保会计记录准确完整
- 接受实际工作培训，逐步累积全盘账务及财务报告经验
具经验候选人
- 独立负责全盘账务及月结工作
- 处理财务报告、预算、审计及税务相关事项
- 负责公司整体账务及财务运作
- 接触并管理来自不同行业及业务背景的公司账务
- 分析财务数据及账目差异，为管理层提供准确的财务信息
- 协助改善会计流程及内部控制
- 必要时指导初级会计同事
- 接触更广泛的财务及业务运营，提升商业判断及管理能力
任职要求
- 会计、财务或相关专业 Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
- 欢迎应届毕业生及具3年以上相关经验者申请
- 具备簿记、会计原则及实际会计操作知识
- 熟悉 Microsoft Excel 或相关会计系统者优先
- 具备良好的分析、组织及解决问题能力
- 细心、有责任感，能够独立工作及按时完成任务
- 具备良好的英文及中文沟通能力，能够应付日常工作沟通
