What You’ll Do:

• Working closely with account managers and creative team members, assess feasibility, schedules, and budgets to bring client-approved ideas to life.
• Engage with production companies, media agencies, casting agencies and any type of vendors to assess feasibility, negotiate timelines, and manage costs.
• Manage the production process, ensuring seamless execution from concept to reality.
• Create documentation and presentation materials to demonstrate how concepts will be realized.
• Maintain open communication with account managers, creative teams, and clients throughout the production lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in the advertising industry, with a background in production or print processes.
• Extensive knowledge of production across various formats: TVC, web video, stills, print, events, and activations.
• Business to Fluent Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
• Proven brand marketing experience with an early adopter mindset and keen interest in emerging trends.
• Strong risk management skills and the ability to build solid vendor relationships.
• Collaborative team player with experience creating proposal decks in both Japanese and English.
• Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in creating cost estimates and production schedules.
• Calm and level-headed under pressure, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
• Willingness to travel and a positive attitude that fosters a respectful and supportive workplace culture.

• アカウントマネージャーやクリエイティブチームと緊密に連携し、アイデアを実現するために、実現可能性、スケジュール、予算を評価します。
• 制作会社、メディア代理店、キャスティング会社、その他のベンダーと協力し、実現可能性を検討し、スケジュールやコストを交渉します。
• 制作プロセス全体を管理し、コンセプトから実現までをスムーズに進行させます。
• アイデア実現のための資料やプレゼンテーションを作成します。
• アカウントマネージャー、クリエイティブチーム、クライアントとの円滑なコミュニケーションを保ち、制作プロセス全般を進行、管理します。

応募条件：

• 広告業界での3～5年以上の経験、制作全般または印刷プロセスに関するバックグラウンド。
• TVC、ウェブビデオ、静止画、印刷物、イベント、アクティベーションなど、さまざまな形式の制作に関する豊富な知識。
• ビジネスレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語でのコミュニケーション能力。
• ブランドマーケティングの経験があり、新しいトレンドや技術に対して積極的な姿勢。
• リスク管理に優れ、ベンダーとの信頼関係を構築できる能力。
• 日本語および英語で提案書を作成した経験がある、チームワークを大切にする方。
• ベンダーやパートナーとの価格交渉が得意で、コスト見積りや制作スケジュール作成に習熟していること。
• プレッシャーの中でも冷静さを保ち、積極的に課題を解決する姿勢。
