At Ms Clucks, hospitality is intentional, elevated, and deeply personal. We are seeking polished, professional Cashier who understand that great service is more than taking orders - it’s guiding an experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver a warm, attentive, and meaningful connection with guests and anticipate their needs.
- Ensure every order is accurate and thoughtfully delivered
- Confidently navigate our food, wine, beer, and cocktail menus
- Offer informed recommendations and beverage pairings
- Use Toast POS efficiently and consistently
- Execute refined steps of service, including proper glassware and plate presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized dining room throughout service
- Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
- Communicate proactively with management regarding guest feedback
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Experienced in upscale or fine dining service (preferred)
- Knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and hospitality
- Polished, professional, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple tables in a fast-paced setting
- A team player who thrives on collaboration
- Committed to creating exceptional guest experiences
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays??
- Able to stand for the entirety of an 8+ hour shift, lift and transport items in excess of 50lbs, kneel, bend, lift items above head, and work in small or cramped spaces.
