Voice AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in speech and audio modeling to join a highly technical team. This is a hands-on position that spans research, experimentation, and production engineering, with a strong emphasis on deploying real-world systems.

You will contribute across the full lifecycle of voice systems, including model development, evaluation, and deployment of end-to-end pipelines.

What You’ll Work On

• Neural speech synthesis systems, including TTS, acoustic models, and neural vocoders
• Speech recognition systems, including streaming ASR and CTC/attention-based architectures
• End-to-end voice pipelines integrating ASR, language models, and TTS
• Building robustness across diverse and noisy real-world audio environments
• Low-latency inference, optimisation, and scalable production deployment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with speech and audio machine learning, including ASR, TTS, VAD, and audio processing
• Proven ability to take models from research and experimentation through to production
• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch
• Experience with inference optimisation, distributed systems, or CUDA is a plus
• Comfortable working across research and engineering domains
