Job Summary:

He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned project:

• Kickoff Deck (When applicable)
• Project Management Plan and Schedule
• Warranty Support Contract
• Project Closure Report

Requirements

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and secure approvals for Project Plans and Work Plans.
• Prepare and present Project Status Reports, providing updates on schedule, scope, quality, risks, and overall project health.
• Monitor and track project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Identify, document, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage and allocate project resources to optimize delivery and team performance.
• Drive the development and continuous improvement of delivery processes and pipelines to enhance speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with organizational standards, governance, and quality requirements.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder communications as required.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Delivery Management, or Program Management.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects using both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, project lifecycle, risk management, scope management, budget tracking, and resource planning.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously while meeting schedule, scope, quality, and budget objectives.
• Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, work plans, status reports, risk registers, and issue logs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Experience in resource planning, workload management, and vendor coordination is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and software development best practices is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and driving successful project outcomes.
