IT ASSISTANT

The Ideal Candidate:

Diploma or Certificate in IT or related field.

Good knowledge of computer hardware, Server Side and software troubleshooting.

Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, Access Point ,firewalls and network troubleshooting.

Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration and troubleshooting.

Good knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, configuration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of 3CX / PABX systems will be an added advantage.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to independently research, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Self-motivated, quick learner with the ability to work independently.
Freshers with strong practical IT knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
