Business Application Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Application Analyst to join our UniQue Public & Software Products Team.

• Document the clients' requirements in a comprehensive way, in order to provide solution that fulfills their needs
• Install and troubleshoot software solutions
• Conduct software testing
• Communicate with clients over phone, emails or personal meetings
• Create training materials
• Conduct and facilitate seminars and workshops based on clients' needs
• Provide continuous support on software solutions
• Create technical documentation on project's deliverables

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Analytics

• 0-2 years of experience in client support for software solutions
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of Financial ERP software will be considered an asset
• Knowledge and experience in database implementation MS SQL Server will be considered a plus
• Excellent communicational skills
