Head of Corporate Real Estate

Unilabs is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Corporate Real Estate to lead our real estate

portfolio and ensure optimal utilization and management of our properties across multiple locations.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the real estate strategy, including

acquisitions, leasing, property development, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish an aligned real estate strategy and direct all global real estate portfolio activities, including lease administration, strategic planning and forecasting of renewals, expirations, projects, FM

• Collaborate with key leaders to ensure the real estate portfolio is aligned with Unilabs’ overall strategy in all aspects of site selections, acquisitions, and dispositions

• Lead, manage, and develop CRE programs, database systems, and projects with an emphasis on collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders across the business segments/countries to understand and support corporate and local business initiatives and strategies

• Develop relationships with and lead outside broker firms, related outsourced vendors, agencies and specialists as needed to secure technical or specific knowledge in support of transactions, capital projects and lease optimizations in key markets and projects/initiatives

• Manage and develop budgets; be accountable within a global budget and work closely with Corporate Finance and Transformation functions on cost initiatives and reporting

• Effectively manage and oversee the execution of real estate transactions (leasing and/or purchase or sale) in the company's real estate portfolio using negotiating skills, appropriate vendors (e.g., brokers, legal support, lease administration, utilities, other services), asset management, and financial analysis techniques

• Establish, document and report real estate standards, metrics, policies, procedures, processes, and controls

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in corporate real estate management, including proven experience in property acquisition, leasing, and facility management.

• A strong understanding of real estate market trends and the ability to identify investment opportunities.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

• Proficiency in real estate management software and tools.

• An innovative mindset and the ability to think strategically to drive business results.
