Assistant Brand Manager - Brand Surf (Fabric Cleaning)

Assist Brand Lead in developing and executing integrated brand strategies that build strong brand equity and deliver business growth. The role focuses on end-to-end brand management, ensuring consistency across communication, innovation, and in-market execution.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

• Support the Brand Lead in implementing the brand strategy and delivering impactful marketing programmes
• Own campaigns and marketing activity, working with cross functional teams and agencies to deliver OTIF.
• Craft content with a digital first mindset, partnering with the agencies to deliver, track and optimize performance
• Support the commercial delivery of the brand by monitoring in market performance, identifying insights and contributing to action plans
• Play a key role in innovation and renovation projects, including launch execution, pack price architecture optimization, post launch evaluation and business tracking
• Act as a portfolio owner and key contact on brand & project performance and budget management, ensuring clarity, alignment and strong execution across teams.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the line manager & leadership team.

Experiences & Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, with exposure to integrated campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing and communication planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and timelines
• Good collaboration and communication skills.

• Experience in FMCG is an advantage.
