With the gTO of 30mE and double digit %CAGR after Covid recovery, Unilever Homecare Professional business is carrying the main mission of supporting operators to accelerate their beloved business in three main sectors: HORECA, SCO (School, Canteen, Office) and Laundry Services, whether it is a family-owned eatery, a five-star hotel or an industrial laundromat that cares for tons of clothes every day.

The portfolio consists of innovations across three homecare categories: FabClean, FabEn & Home&Hygiene, with the focus of developing outstanding dedicated innovations, while at the same time, taking care of the smooth operation of retail SKU portfolio.

Main Job Purpose:

Drive sustainable growth ofHomecare Professional (UPro)andSurf Dishwash Retailby leading innovation, portfolio management, brand deployment, and demand creation initiatives. Champion operator, shopper, and consumer understanding to develop winning growth strategies, strengthen brand equity, and deliver market share and business growth across Professional and Retail channels.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

• Lead growth and deployment strategies forHomecare Professional (UPro)andSurf Dishwash Retail, ensuring delivery of business and brand targets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams toidentifyoperator,shopper, and consumer insights, and translate them into innovation, renovation, and activation plans.
• DriveUProinnovation agenda, including market understanding, innovation pipeline, 6P deployment, and business case development.
• Manage Surf Dishwash portfolio growth through innovation, renovation, pack-price architecture, mix optimization, and distribution expansion.
• Lead communication, activation, POSM, and sales engagement programs in close partnership with agencies, Media, and CBD teams.
• Monitor business performance and initiative effectiveness, generating learnings and actions to accelerate growth.
• Drive consumer and operator demand generation across online and offline channels.
• Proactively feed local market needs into regional and global innovation projects.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital, and Sales teams to deliver category and brand plans.
• Manage marketing budgets within agreed targets and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Experiences & Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• 3+ years experience in brand management preferably in FMCG
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in Innovation development including identifying Issues & Opportunities, end-users trigger/barrier & proposing 6P mix.
• Communication & trade channel deployment experience
• Background in Financial partnering in Innovation P&L
