Location: Nuevo León, Salinas Victoria

Terms & Conditions: Full-time. On-site position. Candidates must currently reside in Escobedo, San Nicolás, García, or nearby areas. Intermediate to Advanced English required. No relocation support available.

JOB PURPOSE:

At Unilever, Security is a critical business enabler that protects our people, brands, assets, information, and reputation. The Factory Security Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining security programs, standards, procedures, and controls aligned with Global Security requirements and local risk assessments. This role ensures operational oversight of security systems, physical security controls, investigations, crisis preparedness, loss prevention programs, and third-party security services. The position plays a key role in creating a secure working environment that supports business continuity, operational resilience, and the sustainable growth of the site.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

  • Support the implementation and compliance of Corporate Security standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Monitor and maintain physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, and security monitoring tools.

  • Conduct security reviews, risk assessments, and vulnerability evaluations within the manufacturing site.

  • Support security incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective action recommendations.

  • Contribute to loss prevention initiatives that reduce operational and asset-related risks.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with third-party security providers to ensure service compliance.

  • Support security audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

  • Deliver security awareness initiatives and promote a strong security culture across the site.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.

  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in site security operations.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Industrial Engineering, Risk Management, Business Administration, Military Studies, or related field.

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in in Corporate Security, Industrial Security, Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Risk Management.

  • Intermediate to Advanced English required.

  • Experience working with physical security systems such as CCTV and Access Control.

  • Experience in Asset Protection and Physical Security within manufacturing environments.

  • Experience supporting security investigations, incident management, or security risk assessments.

  • Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and external security stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in large multinational organizations.

  • Experience within manufacturing environments such as FMCG, automotive, industrial manufacturing, logistics, or related industries.

  • Exposure to loss prevention, contractor management, or security compliance programs.

  • Knowledge of crisis management and business continuity principles.

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Strong integrity, ethics, and confidentiality management.

Ability to coach, train, and develop security awareness throughout the organization.
