Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Executive at HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LIMITED plays a pivotal role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to our consumers. This role involves managing inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships to meet demand and maintain high service levels.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

* Manage inventory levels across various warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing obsolescence.

* Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance, to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.

* Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and resolve any supply chain-related issues.

* Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions to optimize supply chain performance.

* Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the supply chain.

* Participate in cross-functional projects to improve processes and introduce new technologies within the supply chain.

* Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

* 2-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement, preferably within the FMCG sector.

* Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and demand planning.

* Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
