PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES:

  • Administrar o perdas e ganhos da M. F. Sulfonação.

  • Controlar dados analíticos no sistema e corrigir desvios de qualidade no processo e nos aparelhos de análise.

  • Efetuar correções necessárias na planta para garantir qualidade do Ácido Sulfônico.

  • Acompanhar via Analisadores Online e Painel de Controle (SDCD) a Concentração do Ácido Sulfúrico da Torre de Absorção de SO3, atuando nas correções.

  • Manter a organização e limpeza da M. F. Sulfonação.

  • Efetuar leitura de campo nos equipamentos da planta.

  • Efetuar drenos Oleum dos equipamentos da planta e transferir para Torre de Absorção de SO3.

  • Efetuar medida de condensado do Trocador de Etilenoglicol.

  • Drenar Borra Ácida do Precipitador Eletrostático e transferir para tancagem.

  • Controlar estoques de reagentes para uso no laboratório da M. F. Sulfonação.

  • Controlar volume e estoque no tanque interno de NaOH (T17.3).

  • Controlar o estoque e recebimento de matérias - primas da M. F. Sulfonação (Alcane e Enxofre), evitando transbordamentos e contaminação do solo e água.

  • Controlar os níveis dos tanques de estocagem de Ácido Sulfônico, evitando transbordamentos e contaminação de solo e água.

  • Monitorar / controlar o nível do tanque de Etilenoglicol, repondo se necessário. REQUISITOS:

  • Formação: Técnico Química com registro no CRQ.

  • Treinamentos: Treinamentos informados na LNT para o cargo.

  • Disponibilidade para atuar no 1° e 2° Turno
