Compensation & HR Analytics Expert

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, HR Controlling, or HR Reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset and advanced data analysis capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Practical experience with compensation benchmarking methodologies and Korn Ferry salary survey data.
• Solid understanding of compensation structures, salary bands, grading methodologies, and pay transparency principles.
• Practical experience with Korn Ferry Job Architecture and job evaluation methodologies.
• Experience working with HR reporting, analytics, and data visualization solutions.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented way of working.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
