B2B Telemarketer

• Identify and contact potential corporate clients through outbound calls, emails and follow-ups.
• Introduce Uniquecom's corporate event management and experiential marketing services.
• Identify key decision-makers in Marketing, HR and Corporate Communications departments.
• Arrange qualified appointments for the Business Development team.
• Follow up with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Research and update potential client information, including contact details and business profiles.
• Maintain accurate records of daily calls, leads, appointments and follow-up activities.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly appointment-setting KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service or appointment setting is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
• Self-motivated, persistent and target-driven.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to work independently and maintain consistent daily productivity.
