AUFGABEN

Mitwirkung am Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines aussagekräftigen Management-Reportings
Entwicklung, Erstellung und Kommentierung von Kennzahlen (KPI´s) für unsere operativen Bereiche
Unterstützung der operativen Abteilungen im Preisfindungsprozess
Vertiefende Analysen, Forecasts & Budgeterstellung und Erstellen von diversen Ad-Hoc Auswertungen
Komplette Durchführung des Soll-Ist-Prozesses inkl. Diskussion mit den operativen Leitern
Datenanalysen zur Bewertung und Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen
Identifikation und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung
Möglichkeit zur Leitung von eigenen Projekten

PROFIL

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling und Finance oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung im Controlling und in der Kostenrechnung
Ausgeprägte kommunikative, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Teamfähigkeit und Humor
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Sichere Anwendung von MS-Office-Programmen (insbesondere Excel), Kenntnisse in Datev wünschenswert
Erfahrung in der Anwendung einer Data Warehouse Lösung
Affinität zu IT-Themen
