Job Description
Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers serving affluent clients.
Drive branch sales for investment, deposit, loan, and insurance products.
Grow and manage client portfolios with investible assets below private banking thresholds.
Ensure team compliance with regulatory standards and licensing requirements.
Support marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
Refer clients to other banking segments as needed.
Minimize operational risks and ensure high service standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
FIMM license required.
Strong leadership, sales, and client relationship management skills.
Knowledge of consumer banking products and regulatory frameworks.
