Creative Marketing Lead

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Lead to become the very first creative lead on our web-based social networking product and build the function from the ground up: processes, testing methodology, and a team of your own. This isn't about crafting a 3-second Gen-Z hook for TikTok,it's about earning emotional trust with a mature audience on Tier-1 markets with an exceptionally long customer lifetime, a fundamentally different creative challenge than most of the market faces. Our web2web, credit-based monetization model runs on different funnels, different logic, and different insights than the mobile-subscription products most competitors build, and your work will plug directly into a UA team already managing $300K+ per month with a clear path to $1M+, so every hypothesis gets tested against real volume, fast. You'll make decisions without red tape, own the creative direction end-to-end, and build a team of 6 creative marketers and designers over the next 3-6 months in a place where 70% of our heads and leads have grown from within

In this role, you will

• Own the end-to-end creative strategy across paid channels, starting with Meta and expanding into Snapchat, TikTok, and Google, in close partnership with the UA team

• Run the full creative cycle: research, insight, hypothesis, brief, production, launch, analysis, and iteration

• Generate original creative concepts, narratives, angles, and messaging tailored to different audience segments, not just hooks

• Build and evolve a creative testing methodology, from hypothesis design to clean test execution and pattern recognition

• Hire, lead, and grow a team of 6 creative marketers and designers, setting quality standards and giving hands-on feedback

• Track competitors and trends through Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, and Google Ads Transparency Center, turning observations into prioritized creative bets

• Embed AI tools into the creative production pipeline to increase testing speed and volume

It's all about you

• 3+ years in creative marketing, performance creative, or creative strategy, including 1+ year leading or mentoring a creative team
• Strong performance background and a direct-response mindset - you know why a creative works, not just that it does
• Hands-on experience scaling creatives for Meta as a primary channel, plus practical experience with Snapchat or TikTok Ads
• Fluency in creative metrics (hook rate, hold rate, thumbstop rate, creative win rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) as everyday decision-making tools, and a clear view of how creative connects to registration, first purchase, revenue, and LTV
• A track record of concepts you personally scaled, backed by real numbers
• Daily, practical use of AI tools for creative generation and research (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, Krea, or similar), with your own workflows or prompts you can walk us through
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)

Would be a plus

• Experience in social discovery or social networking niches, and familiarity with credit-based or transactional monetization models
• Background in User Acquisition or video production (shooting, editing, directing)
• Experience hiring creative marketers or designers and building AI-driven production pipelines or automations (n8n, Make)
