User Acquisition Manager (Snapchat/TikTok/Meta)

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Snapchat/TikTok/Meta) to bring focused Social expertise into our UA team. You will lead a brand-new Meta Web2App testing track from the ground up and take an already-live Snapchat channel through its next stage of scale, working end-to-end: briefing creatives, reading the numbers, adjusting bids and audiences, and turning what you learn into the next test - across a portfolio of web products that already reach a multi-million global audience. It's a role built for someone who wants real ownership of a channel rather than just running campaigns inside someone else's roadmap, with a clear path to grow into UA team leadership.

In this role, you will

• Own and scale Snapchat Ads campaigns (with a clear path to expanding into TikTok and Meta) against ROMI, spend, and growth KPIs
• Drive the creative process end-to-end: generate hypotheses, brief the creative team, and control quality through data-driven iterations
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily across core metrics - CPA, CPI, CTR, CR, ROAS, LTV
• Design and test hypotheses across audiences, bidding strategies, creative formats, and funnels
• Use AI tools actively for analytics, creative ideation, and automating routine work
• Prepare and present test strategy, results, and plans - at internal checkpoints, to your manager, and in external cross-team and product-marketing meetings
• Independently solve both acquisition and technical challenges (integrations, tracking, attribution) in collaboration with ad networks and internal teams

It's all about you

• 1.5-2+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital advertising for mobile apps
• Hands-on experience with social ad platforms - TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, or similar
• Solid grasp of core UA math - CPA, CPI, CTR, CR, ROAS, LTV, and unit economics
• Experience building a creative process and testing hypotheses - creatives, audiences, campaign optimization
• Confident use of AI tools in daily work - for analytics, creative and copy generation, and process automation - with the ability to write sharp prompts and critically evaluate results
• Strong communication skills - able to present strategy, results, and plans clearly and logically, both within the team and externally
• High autonomy - comfortable finding information and solutions independently, learning fast, and owning tasks end-to-end
• English at Intermediate (B1+) or higher

Would be a plus

• Experience running several social platforms in parallel - TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat together
• Experience automating campaign launches, testing, and reporting across networks with AI tools
