We provide the office space and technology you need to succeed. Most pre-scheduled virtual client appointments will be conducted on-site using our office and technology, with some flexibility available as needed. This gives you the structure and support of a professional office environment while still meeting with clients virtually. For advisors who want to grow further, there is also potential to expand into outside sales for greater earning opportunity.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Active Series 7 & 66, or Series 65, or ChFC equivalent
• Clean U4 (if currently registered)
• Familiarity with Roth conversions and retirement income strategies
• Proven Sales Ability: Demonstrated track record of successfully selling insurance products and/or investment strategies using a needs-based approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ethical Judgment: Sound financial and ethical judgment, always prioritizing clients' best interests
• Self-Starter and Problem Solver: Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of solving complex financial challenges
• Communication Skills: Advanced listening, written, and oral communication skills, along with strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable conducting virtual client meetings primarily from our on-site office, with occasional flexibility as needed
• Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designation, or willingness to obtain it, demonstrating commitment to expertise in retirement income planning
• Open to outside sales opportunities as they arise, for advisors seeking greater earning potential
