Full-time W-2 employee. On-site, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

What you'll do:

· Make post-delivery and survey follow-up calls, gathering feedback and requesting reviews

· Explain Assured Care benefits and help members access a network attorney for changes or estate settlement needs

· Handle incoming calls and participate in call campaigns

· Resolve member issues with professionalism and care

Requirements:

· 2+ years of customer service or member-facing experience

· A calm, patient, professional phone manner

· Strong organizational skills and comfort with Microsoft Office
