• Paralegal education or 3+ years of legal assistant, insurance/benefits, or similar document-heavy coordination experience
• The kind of eye for detail that catches errors before anyone else does
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working across multiple files and Microsoft Office daily

What You'll Do

• Review and proof trusts, wills, and related estate planning forms for accuracy
• Coordinate member plan enrollments, updates, and replacements
• Run quality checks on reports and plan changes
• Resolve member inquiries alongside internal teams
