Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

As the first point of contact at our office, you will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and coordinate appointments. You will maintain a welcoming environment while ensuring efficient office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and route inbound calls professionally.
• Greet and assist visitors, providing information and directing them appropriately.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using our scheduling software.
• Enter and update client and visitor data accurately in our database.
• Manage daily office tasks, including mail distribution and supply inventory.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing urgent requests.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth office workflow.

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of front desk or customer service experience.
• Strong telephone etiquette and clear communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and data entry tools.
• Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or office management systems.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and maintenance.
• Fluency in a second language.
